RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Purpose Room, every order is packed with care and intention. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final — Exchanges Only We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will make it right.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To request an exchange, email us at support@thepurposeroom.info with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, ship your item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve it promptly.
Final Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
