Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Time Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been marked as delivered, The Purpose Room is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
